Michelle Rosen Partner/Compliance Officer for Legal Practice

Michelle is a Partner and our Compliance Officer for Legal Practice. She takes responsibility for our systems and controls, as well as making sure processes are in place to ensure we are fully compliant with the SRA Standards and Regulations.

Highly knowledgeable in this area, Michelle is the first point of call for our clients on practice and regulation issues.

Michelle was invited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to participate in a round the table discussion on the risk facing the legal profession.  Michelle was invited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to join the panel of experts for the cybercrime sessions at the SRA Compliance Officer Conference in 2017, to advise and share with the conference, the processes and procedures implemented by Brightstone Law to address the ever increasing risk of cybercrime.

She was also invited to speak again about cybercrime at the SRA Compliance Officers Conference 2019.  Michelle was invited by the Law Society to speak at their Data Protection in transition: GDPR and DPA compliance for law firms Conference in April 2019 and more recently invited to speak about the role of Compliance Officer for Legal Practice at the Legal Practice Management  Conference 2020.
